We all had a
wonderful time at the 2008 Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show again
this year!
It was a GREAT BIG PARTY where young and old
celebrated everybody's favorite food - CHILE! Once again New
Mexico Chile Company sponsored the show

A coyote chile customer moved to Kansas but returned to tell us how his girlfriend sent him monthly shipments of Coyote Trail Products.

An estimated crowd of 20,000 people attended this years Fiery Foods Show Chef-Duane server Santa fe Chicken to ten thousand.
