In our house this dish is called "Bob's Green
Chicken" I hope Mr. Machado doesn't mind. You see, I
"Love Green Chile", and when I tasted his green chile
sauce I just told everybody I whipped it up! I guess I
should come clean, or he might stop making such a great
product....

you for this fast and easy recipe. I can whip this up
for family or guests and have my whole house smelling
good, like I cooked all day. Served with warm chips or

I can honestly say that Coyote Chile Company's

Delish! I'm from Texas and we roll enchiladas, or, to
be accurate the cooks at the restaurants I go to roll
them. This is the first time I made enchiladas because
the layering sounded easy...and it was! The big secret
is~they taste better the next day!

Keep making hot green chile sauce. I started
adding it into my traditional recipes like stew, pot
pies, tuna casserole and soup. Both my husband and
I noticed that it "brightened" the recipes. It
added just a little needed kick to make my recipes even
better. Coyote Trails Green Chile sauce is now a
staple in my kitchen and when friends give me a
compliment on my recipes, I give them a bottle to

We love to entertain in the summer and I have a
secret I can put together the most awesome appetizer
nachos in a flash. I layer corn chips, chopped
onion, canned pinto beans, Coyote Trails Enchilada Sauce
and cheese on a platter. Broil till cheese is
brown and serve. Yum. Don't forget the
Margaritas!
